Returns & Exchange

I recommend you familiarize yourself with our refund policy before making a purchase. I also recommend you inspect all products purchased to ensure you are satisfied with the goods and they match the description.

In the event that your product arrives in faulty or damaged condition, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund or replacement (ex shipping cost). I will not provide a refund or replacement after this period.

Returns and refunds must be accompanied by proof of purchase document. Postage of returns is to be covered by the purchaser.

I will not refund products that have been worn or damaged due to misuse and wear and tear. So must return in brand new condition.

Please use the contact us page if you are looking at returning a product. Please choose subject “Returns” and provide your message.

Jewellery and on sale items have a NO return policy

Shipping

I am offering a pickup option to save on shipping if you are close by. Please contact me first for address details and to arrange a day and time. You will need to bring your order confirmation with you.

I aim to ship all orders within 7 days, then will be dispatched by Australia Standard or Express Shipping. Turnaround times may vary if there is any stock or production delays. You will be notified on ETA of PRE- ORDER items. PRE ORDER Production times may vary due to quantity and availability. If your order is delayed, you will be contacted as soon as possible. If you order a Pre Order Item and have ordered another non pre order item they will be both shipped once pre order item has arrived, I will not ship seperately.
